My name is Cassie Ronda and I will be entering my sophomore year at the University of Denver next year. I’m a member of the Women’s Volleyball team at this DI school, but unfortunately I tore my ACL and meniscus during our first match last fall. Phreddie was an integral part of getting me in shape to begin my college career, and now that my knee is healed, it was a no-brainer to come back to him so I can achieve my goals of regaining strength in my injured leg, building up explosiveness and power, and increasing my vertical – and also staying in shape so that I can be prepared for upcoming 3-a-day preseason practices in August! Phreddie has a wealth of fitness knowledge that he uses to enhance my workouts so that I am pushed farther than I thought I could go. In addition, his strong faith encourages me both in my workouts and in my life. I can’t wait to come back to workout at Minnifield Fitness when I’m home for winter break - Phreddie’s the best!

I have been a client of Phreddie's for 5 months now. In this time I have seen a
drastic change in my body. I am more fit, tone and stronger. I have lost about
15 lbs in the past 6 months and been able to keep it off training with Phreddie.

He is not they type of trainer that just collects you money and treats you like
crap. He is patient and motivating, he wants you to enjoy the work out so you
keep coming and make it part of your lifestyle.
